About Sandi Park
The whole of Sandi’s career has served to elevate expertise in every facet of her partnership role. Sandi leverages over twenty years as a real estate broker with prior experience in project management and executive marketing at NYC advertising agencies to provide superior skill and service for her clients.
How can one market to buyers if who the buyers are or how to reach them is not truly understood? There is a great deal of skill behind Sandi’s finely crafted marketing. “I get so focused I can practically see the buyers in varied defined buckets that I’ll be speaking to in photography and copy” Sandi has shared.
Sandi believes it is her responsibility to both buyers and sellers to maintain an expert pulse on the market. She finds this critical in counseling her buyer and seller clients in pricing, pricing strategies and overall market conditions. With a portfolio running full depth, Sandi has represented single home parcels, large parcels, 100+ residential subdivisions; modest homes to some of the highest end luxury sales in the Hudson Valley. “Residential sales is the world of love. Land is the world of like and numbers. I can’t get through the first sentence with a builder without the calculator coming out. Land and residential sales require two different vocabularies and knowledge bases. I have enjoyed balance in my career working in both.”
Sandi has secured record county sales and has been honored multiple years with top producer awards, including President’s Circle. Sandi represents Coldwell Banker Realty and Global Luxury with focus in Dutchess and Ulster Counties after decades in Westchester and Putnam. Sandi still returns to her Westchester and Putnam clients along with maintaining an additional office in Katonah.
In addition to an elevated broker license, Sandi holds multiple specialized certifications including Certified Global Luxury Specialist, New Construction Specialist and certification from New York University in construction project management, among other certifications and designations.
